4. Promotions and Competitions

5. Payments and Fees

• Fees for paid memberships or entries must be paid upfront unless specified.
• All payments are processed in Fijian Dollars (FJD).
• We use third-party processors for payments and do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
• Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Promotional entries are non-refundable once submitted but may be carried forward if applicable.
• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Platform Usage

You agree not to use our website or app for illegal purposes. Intellectual property belongs to Loloma Rewards or its licensors. Misuse may result in access restriction.
